The 6th Annual Contest of Scientific Articles
«The Art of Coexistence−2019»
Current topic: «Tolerance and the Concept of Identity»
The contest of scientific articles is held for bachelors, masters and post-graduate students of higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The main organizer of the contest is the International Cultural Center «Syaivo».
Issues to be analyzed in the articles:
− social, political and legal life;
− an individual’s personal opinion.
Only the articles that have not been published before will be considered in terms of the contest.
Awarding of Winners
Articles of all the finalists of the competition (2 bachelors, 2 masters and 2 post-graduate students) will be published in the international scientific journal.
All expenses for publication are to be covered by the International Cultural Center «Syaivo».
The winners in each category (the first ones among bachelors, masters and post-graduate students) will be awarded with tablets.
The deadline for submission of articles is April 30, 2019.
The results of the contest will be announced on May 20, 2019.
The results of the contest will be published on www.syaivo.org.

«The Art of Coexistence−2019»
We are glad to announce that the Contest of scientific articles «The Art of Coexistence» has already started. This year, the topic of works to be presented in the competition is «Tolerance and the Concept of Identity». The competition, the main organizer of which is the International Cultural Center «SYAIVO», is held in cooperation with our above-mentioned partners: National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute», Kyiv National Vadym Hetman Economic University, Kryvy Rih Economic Institute, Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University, South Ukrainian National K. D. Ushynsky Pedagogical University and the International Association for Students of Political Science (IAPSS).
The contest of scientific articles is held for bachelors, masters and post-graduates of public and private higher education institutions of Ukraine.
The articles to participate in the contest should not exceed 5 pages (11 pt).
The registration of articles begins on February 15, 2019. The deadline for submission of articles is April 30, 2019.
Scientific articles will be reviewed and evaluated by a competent jury.

Requirements upon arrangement of scientific articles to participate in
«The Art of Coexistence» Contest−2019
(Topic: «Tolerance and the Concept of Identity»)
− the text should be typed in the Microsoft Word for Windows editor;
− format: A4 (210 x 297 mm);
− margins on the right, left, up and down: 20 mm;
− font: Times New Roman;
− font size: 11 pt;
− line spacing: 1;
− text alignment: in width (word transfers are not required, only one space between words allowed, tabulation is not to be applied);
− paragraph: 4 mm;
− the title of the article should be typed in plain text; NO CapsLk should be applied;
− the text style is to be normal (Normal). Using other styles is not allowed;
− charts, graphs, formulas and tables are to be numbered;
− charts, graphs, formulas and tables should be created directly in a text editor and placed exclusively on pages the parameters of which are specified above;
− tables should be created in the table editor (the menu item is «Table»);
− the format of tables is supposed to be only bookable;
− formulas in articles should be typed via Equation Editor;
− it is not recommended to use automatic numbering;
− the reference number in the text should be given in square brackets. If necessary, you may specify the exact pages after comma (you should indicate them with the letter «p.»);
− the text of the article should be corrected and edited;
− the text of the article is not subject to further editing, therefore, its original will be used for publication in scientific periodical;
− in case of non-compliance of the materials with the specified requirements, the editors may send the article to the author for refinement.
The materials of the article should be arranged as follows below:
− line 1: title of the article − bold straight font, central alignment;
− line 2: initials and surnames of all authors – bold straight-forward font, center alignment;
− line 3: name of organization in which the author studies or works – normal font, center alignment;
− the next line with central alignment indicates:
* Corresponding author. E-mail: @.
The following line should be left empty.
These lines are to be followed by an abstract (resume) written in the language of particular article – normal straight font, equalization in width.
The resume should be followed by key words (5–6 words), without skipping the line – equalization in width (as a new paragraph), italic font.
You should skip one line after the resume.
Then you should print the text of your article. It should be arranged as follows:
− a brief overview of the publications on your topic;
− the article’s purpose;
− materials and methods used;
− the results of research and their discussion;
There is one line to be skipped after the text of each article.
It should be followed by the SOURCES title (central alignment is to be applied).
Each source from the list is to be indicated in its original language.
Having skipped one line you should point out the REFERENCES(central alignment is to be applied).
Starting from the next line you should list the English names of the sources you have used.
The English title of the quoted primary source can be taken from its English abstract (for modern articles, this is an attribute). If, in the cited original, there is no English abstract, then it is necessary to make a semantic translation of its name and Latin transliteration of the names of author and publishing house.
Having skipped one line after it, you should place its English resume (if the article is not written in English) with all of its authors, the full title of the article and its keywords (equalization in width is to be applied).
The next line is to be left empty.
REQUIREMENTS UPON THE ARRANGEMENT OF
The article should be followed by English resume (400–600 characters), as well as the one written in the article’s original language (for non-English articles).
The text of the article should be preceded by an abstract in the language it is written in (this instruction does not indicate the author’s surname and initials, as well as the title of the article).
You definitely should not use any formulas of symbols in resumes!
An English resume should be placed after the list of used sources.
Requirements for English resumes:
− the article’s title;
− its author’s initials and surname.
The resume (400–600 characters) has to reflect the main scientific results presented in the article.
Key words: 4–5 words or phrases (word combinations).
